Walk from T2 to T3
The bus holding area is located over the other side of the airport near the Long Term Carpark. This means that time of day arrival will depend on how long it takes for the driver to get to the pickup area once he/she has received a phone call to say you are ready. From the time of phone call to Domestic terminals is about 10 minutes. From the time of phone call to International terminal is about 15 minutes.
This timing can be longer if the pickup time is during peak hour (rush hour) times.
*Please Note* If passengers are arriving on multiple flights it is best to upload a passenger manifest with mobile numbers in the upload field at the end of this booking page. There are times when a group arriving from multiple flights may not know each other so it’s best to allocate a group leader from each flight and send us the contact details for each group leader or a complete passenger manifest. As long as each person knows where to meet the bus then it will be a smooth pickup. There are times when both domestic terminals have a pickup and obviously we cannot be at both at the same time so we allocate Terminal 3 Group Buses area as the meet area for the Terminal 2 passengers who will have to make their way to Terminal 3 then follow the T3 Arrival Instructions. You can download the T2 to T3 instructions HERE to send to the relevant parties or send them this link http://goo.gl/maps/UQptw which will take them to our instructions that we have put on Google Maps as shown above. They can access all the arrival instructions which has written information, photos & videos.

Regarding entry fees: Some destinations (such as Scenic World in the Blue Mountains) are extremely busy and on some rare occasions tour groups have been turned away due to overcrowding and maximum capacity.
If you have not already purchased entry tickets to any tourist location that requires entry fees then we highly recommend purchasing months in advance to avoid disappointment on the day.
