Contingency Plan *
Keep in mind that some roads have Tare (weight) limits or heavy vehicle restrictions. Some roads have low bridges, carparks have height limits, and some roads have vehicle restrictions due to hairpin bends or steep gradients. Please make sure the vehicle has turning room if the pickup is at the end of a dead-end street. Many residential streets have overhanging tree branches that could potentially stop a coach from travelling the street, minibuses are generally fine.

When providing a shuttle service for after an event, we have found that a lot of people want to catch the last bus. It is best to tell your passengers that the last bus has potential for a full bus. If your location is a bit out of the way then there could be some unhappy people. We will need to know if you want to authorise the driver to do additional runs in the event of a full bus, as this will be in overtime billing.
